Payment & Office Policies
We accept payment by various methods and try to give as many facilities to our patient as possible making the whole experience pleasant and stress free.
Cash – We accept the fee via cash i. e on counter payment facility via cash is present.
Debit Cards And Credit Cards – We provide the facility to our patients to visit cashless and make payments via debit cards at the counter as we have a swiping machine.
Net Banking -The payment can be done even online and the account details are provided when required on request.
Payment are accepted at our Hospital.
You can Scan the QR Code at our Reception and pay through the same.
Cheques & Drafts in Name of Saraswat Hospital are also accepted
Office Policies
Appointments Fees
A consultation Fees of Rs 750/- is charged for consultation & can be booked by clicking on “The Consultation”. Sometimes doctors may be busy in a procedure or consultation, so the time of consultation may vary then the time allocated. If a patient misses his/her consultation time, he may have to wait for his/her turn, so we request you to be on time.
This fees is valid for one week.
Fees for Emergency hours is Rs 1, 500/-
If a patient is coming for a routine sitting of a procedure, he will not be charged for consultation.
Cancellation Policy
We at Saraswat Hospital expect the patient to deposit 20% of the total fees to be deposited well in advance to confirm the day and time of procedure. If in case the patient is unable to turn up for the procedure he/she can cancel the appointment 7Days prior to the scheduled day of surgery so that the advance fee can be completely refunded, when a person fails to do so, this advance fees will be forfeited.
Appointments for complementary procedures like Computerised Hair Analysis, Computerised Skin Analysis may sometime be scheduled at a different time.
