Introduction to Hair Transplant Training Course
The International Institute of Cosmetic Surgery and Aesthetic Medicine (IICSAM) offers a comprehensive Hair Transplant Training Course designed to provide in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) and FUT (Follicular Unit Transplantation) techniques. This specialized course, which spans two to three days, begins with didactic lectures covering essential topics such as hair anatomy, causes of hair loss, medical treatments, alternative solutions, and the core techniques of hair transplantation.

Types of Hair Transplant Techniques Covered
Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE)
Participants can practice harvesting approximately 500 grafts using the FUE technique, administer local anesthesia and tumescence, and perform slit-making with precision while ensuring the correct angle, direction, and density.
Follicular Unit Transplantation (FUT)
They also gain experience in the extraction and closure of the strip method (FUT), slivering grafts, and the delicate process of graft insertion, which is considered one of the most challenging aspects of the procedure. Trainees can practice dummies and training models to enhance learning before working on actual patients.
Hair Transplant Training Course Curriculum & Modules
A key focus of the hair transplant training course is patient consultation and assessment, where participants learn how to counsel patients, evaluate their expectations, plan the procedure, and design an appropriate hairline. The course then moves into practical training, where participants first observe a live hair transplant procedure performed by an expert surgeon. This is followed by an extensive hands-on training session, allowing trainees to perform critical steps of the procedure under the supervision of experienced professionals. Programme 1
BATCH COURSE with 3 days of hands-on training program
In the Batch Programme, we take up to 5 Doctors maximum to give individualized attention to every trainee once every six months.
Initially, there is access to 13 hours of online pre-recorded lecture material, with an online Q&A session to clear the doubts once every 2 weeks at a predetermined time.
After that, we will organize hands-on training on real patients for 3 days.
In the Hands-on training our attendee doctors get hands-on experience of each step including Hair Line Marking, trichoscopy, Pre-procedure preparations, L.A., Slit making, Grafts extraction and Insertion.

To get the best out of it, we advise you to purchase your magnification device at the start of Online classes only. We will be sharing a complete list of equipment and instruments required for the procedure, consent forms, etc.

MENTORSHIP PROGRAM with 5 days of hands-on training
In the Mentorship Program, one-on-one training will be provided to the Doctor with his/her two-three staff members, so that you are market-ready to start your practice.
After 13 hours of online lectures, there will be a complete 5-day hands-on training on Real patients in which the enrolled trainee Doctor will be performing appropriately.
